We were visiting customers and offices often, we saw systems at the front desk that were antiques. Checking in and out of most offices / buildings was a nightmare. Guards were armed with these ancient systems that were not user friendly and every-time we had to enter our information repeating ourselves. We said there has to be a better way to do this ...
