SmartBNB — Automate your AIRBNB

I'm an AIRBNB host with multiple AIRBNBs and this has helped me out tremendously. SmartBNB helps me automate my responses to guests which ends up saving a lot of time, check in, check out and confirmation emails. They are also have AI (which I haven't tried yet) which will automatically respond to guests so if they ask about a certain topic i.e. Parking, it will recognize it is a parking question and give more information on parking. Another thing I like a lot is that it can send automatic reports each morning on how well my AIRBNBs are doing in the search rankings. I can how far down the search results I am for different date periods and adjust my pricing accordingly. I have used a lot of companies trying to help people on AIRBNB, I love that this is constantly updating and growing. Can't recommend enough
