Looks similar to hotjar and some other tools that do the same thing. But if your pricing is better then could still be something to try.

@deleted-2350858 There is a long list of differences, but to name a few: 1.Smartlook automatically tracks Events which can be filtered and then placed into a dedicated Funnels tab.
2. Any step in a Funnel (or drop-off) is filterable - with one click Smartlook will take you into the recordings exactly 5 seconds before the event of interest.
3. Complete user journey (we don't sample visitors whatsoever): Smartlook can display the entire history of visitors in one tab. It’s great for seeing the progression of visitors and it works great with the filterable events.
4. Retroactive heatmaps (the data comes from the recordings).
5. Of course, mobile recording for Android and iOS apps/games too. We have a 10 day free trial as well.
