The following AI language models are utilized: GPT3.5, GPT4. Users can choose from these models when creating a chatbot. Multiple chatbots can be created within a single account, each chatbot with its own associated knowledge base. The chatbot can then be seamlessly integrated into an extranet, intranet, website or in slack. The code for integration is automatically made available. The environment operates as a Software as a Service (SaaS), allowing for the easy creation of chatbots linked to relevant documents. Can be used for support employees in there day to day work.
