@simoelalj thanks for your question. We are using our own voice stack and we are interconnected with local operators. We don't use any third part providers as Twilio

@simoelalj @simoelalj Thanks Simo for the nice feedback on our rebranding (new website and dashboard :) About your Twilio question, I actually loveee you asked this, because unlike other call solutions out there that rely on their infrastructure, we don't :) We built our on infrastructure using webRTC technology, that allow us to control the call quality and deliver customised features to our clients.

We loved this application ! We integrate the "Snapcall call button" in our chatbots and conversational landing page as often as we can. We connect too this button with our voicebots for our clients. A really nice experience for customer support or lead generation. It's an amazing complementary tool for us and our customers.

It's great to use Snapcall to support our customers. It made easier for us to show the button to the clients we would like to reach and it give us a lot of insight and data related to the customer we are helping. The button is available directly on our website and app, so the customer can avoid paying some extra money to receive support and it is possible to reach us basically from any part of the world. We are seeing and increase on our NPS score lately and we believe Snapcall was one of the key tool that helped us to achieve that. Well done guys!

Love how it can be customized per page. We used something similar before, but it was basically just a click to call and our customers seemed to like it. The added customization ability is a nice feature to really target our leads.

It's so easy to install, you don't need the dev team involved at all! Our NPS increased a lot as we started using this tool! The dashboard is also so intuitive and easy to navigate! We're so happy to have found this product!! 🤩

At first, we thought it's a cool solution that could help us manage our voice support better as we have lots of inbound calls every day, but were afraid to try it as the installation seemed a little difficult for a non-developer. But it's super easy for e-commerce sites like ours - you just need to create an account (they even give you the whole month to try it for free), create a call button and install the Shopify module. And you're done - your customers can call you directly from your website and the agent taking the call sees a lot of valuable information.
