Big shoutout to @fabian_maume, @hamza_afzal_butt, @rohanrecommends, @ashwin_madhavan and everyone who has been a guiding light in getting our product onto Product Hunt just in time for the holidays.
I’m super excited (and a bit nervous) to introduce Snoooz AI, a next-level Out-of-Office assistant. With Snoooz, you can now send personalized OOO messages and automatically copy backups on critical conversations or escalations. This ensures your valued (or noisy) customers get prompt attention, even when you are enjoying some well-deserved time off. 🌴
These responses can be personalized based on email sender, sentiment, language, urgency, and Snoooz can also pull account details like ARR, opportunity stage, and renewal dates straight from your CRM to tailor these replies for high-touch versus low-touch customers. As of now we integrate with Salesforce, but we have plans to expand to other CRMs such as Hubspot.
We also get the struggle of dealing with post-vacation email follow-ups, so Snoooz takes care of labeling emails for you – marking those that have been handled and those needing your attention. In next few weeks we will be rolling out email summarization and categorization features, giving you the ability to prioritize, delegate, or snooze those emails according to your preferences.
Our ultimate goal is to create a highly personalized out of office experience that benefits us all and allows us to fully relish our much-needed breaks. Life is too short not to embrace every moment and explore all it has to offer. 🏖️

@sentry_co Haha, excellent point, Andre! I've been living like a nomad for quite a while and working remotely, so I completely understand. In the near future, we're planning to introduce a daily auto-responder that can be activated after office hours, enabling people to achieve a better work-life balance.

In Japan, we have an extended vacation period around the year-end and New Year holidays, making the feature of sending customized messages particularly appealing. Also, I must say, I really like the product name:)

This is cool, congrats! Since I use these responders a couple of times a year, I’m wondering if you’re able to use the same tech to recognize when a person has a busy schedule but doesn’t want to make people feel they are ghosted , hence it would a personalized note to mitigate that. At the same time, it would also do it for contacts and not for cold emails . Have you thought of something along those lines? That would be really cool!
@emna_ghariani1 Thanks, Emna, for your amazing points! Absolutely, you can set up rules within our system to avoid responding to mailing lists or cold emails. With our CRM integration, you can check whether a recipient is a lead/contact and tailor your response accordingly.
Regarding your other question, within our tool, you can easily check whether recipients are currently in the office or out of the office, similar to a shared calendar feature.

I'm curious – have you considered integration with calendar apps to automatically set up coverage during listed vacation times? Can't wait to see how this helps everyone relax a bit more on their time off!
@daxeelsoni Thanks for your support, Daxeel! We integrate with Google Calendar, allowing automatic blocking of the calendar for Out of Office (OOO) dates. Additionally, we can decline new or existing meetings with a personalized message. Moreover, we integrate with Calendly, Chili Piper, and HubSpot booking links to automatically pre-fill recipient contact information, simplifying the booking process for them.
