Product looks great. What guardrails do you have set up to protect the privacy of users? Allowing a 3rd party integration into your inbox is a tall ask.

This is my first time using an email tracker and after I install the extension and give it a try, I thought it's very impressive. I figured you're injecting a 1*1px transparent image to understand whether email is opened or not, and replacing the links with your own Bitly tracker. I use Airmail as an email client and I think lots of people use different clients or maybe different browsers rather than Gmail on Chrome. I feel like if you somehow figure out how to put this service into all kind of clients that would be even more impressive. I was thinking like maybe a web-app, includes 2 textareas, left textarea is input, and the right one is output. We'd put our message into the left textarea, and you'll give us the output which has that transparent image and replaced links. I don't know how tracking is going to be but it's just an idea came to my mind 😄

Also, I have notifications ON on my Chrome, but it looks like I don't get notifications....

Why does your Chrome extension need the permission of "Read and change all your data on the websites you visit"? You could ask that permission only for Google mail website. This detail itself is enough for me to be very skeptical about your service.

This tracker will only work with Google chrome, at the moment we do not have an iPhone app, but I think it is a great idea to develop one in the future! Thank you!
Unable to report and analyze aggregated data, what a waste of micromanaging that. Just my grain of sand, moreover I hate spammers since ever. Thanks to God the EU has put a price on the spammers heads if they dare to play with EU residents when it approved the GDPR.

@hibuddie It has been free for the last 6 month and we take our words very seriously. We will be adding some advanced paid functionality on top of what we have now but what we have now will likely stay free.
@alikks Looks pretty good. I can't use it because of all the extra colors they hurt my eyes. Don't get me wrong, Purple is my favorite color (heck I made a theme called 🦄 Shades of Purple). But the UI should mimic the already existing UI.

Would absolutely love to use this, however I use Safari. Crossing my fingers that you bring out a Safari Extension :)
I've seen stuff like this before but I really like the approach with the super clean design and push notifications!

Used it for a week, very satisifed but there's room for improvement.
Pros: no signup, free, unobtrusive.
Cons: No mobile support. Opening something on your phone yourself reads as an open.

I'd also ask for a setting not to track by default as some people don't need that for all emails.
Also, the "send later" available only for the pop-up composer, not in the threads.
