Looks very useful. I know one of the biggest challenges with feature requests is the sheer number of places they can come from. Slack, Live Chat, Email, Demo Calls, etc. Having one, easily accessible place to combine these insights feels like it makes a lot of sense!
@russellvaughan1 That's the only problem we are singularly targeting to solve for product managers.
Do you currently use any product/spreadsheet to tackle this problem currently?
Hey Hunters,
We’ve built Feedio to enable product managers to easily manage feature requests.
It’s hard for Product managers to keep tabs on all the feature requests coming in from so many different channels and sources - mails, slack, client facing internal teams. With Feedio, all feature requests will be managed centrally. This will allow product managers to:
- Directly interact with users and understand actual use cases.
- Draw insights by adding relevancy to these requirements.
- Prioritise what to build based on customer engagement.
- Notify clients whenever you ship something.
👉 Offer for Product Hunt users:
- Lifetime free for boards created before 15th, June.
- Free one-on-one demo to your team
- Free customised onboarding to help you get started with Feedio
We'll be happy to hear your feedbacks. Drop them in comments.
If you think the product should have a few more features, drop your suggestions on http://suggestions.feedio.ai
Thanks. Give Feedio a spin. :)
Thanks @edita
We have pretty much only focussed on getting the feature requests on a clean UI for now.
Going forward we intend combine user profiles, post engagements, roadmap and priority indices to give a weightage to every post. So that a PM can know which ones matter to their users just by looking at a post "weight" and prioritise requests accordingly.
@aniket_jain1 so sorry I am a bit confused. By boards do you mean feature requests made until 15th are free?
Or that those who sign up before 15th, have free usage of this tool?
Please clarify as soon as possible
@aditya_chobe By boards, we mean the feature boards.
The product currently only support single boards. But in future there'll be multiple boards, charged at $25 per board. We are giving away one board free for initials users.
Hope that clears the confusion around it. :)
