Is it legal to scrape LinkedIn and other sources?

We only work with publicly available data—no scraping of private or password-protected content. This means we adhere to platform guidelines and respect user privacy.
@gorns LinkedIn's Terms of Service explicitly prohibit scraping, even of publicly available data. I know this sounds weird since it's public data, but I think legally this could get tricky.
