Sonar's new version is a huge upgrade in terms of efficiency and usability. Mobile messaging platforms are still an untapped channel for many companies to communicate with their customers and Sonar is the best tool to make it happen.

@eriktorenberg Speed is critical. Mobile customers expect fast responses and the biggest limiting factor for how quickly our companies can respond was how fast our product loaded. Now, it's super fast. Also, just generally how quickly companies can navigate our product. This has been updated to be faster as well. Thanks!

@ben8128 Hey Ben - Front is a great product but definitely a different use case than Sonar. I'll let other people do the comparison if they want :) I'm a bit biased. Right now we have only mobile web, but our app works really well on mobile. Yes, we do support inbound and outbound MMS as well as group text messaging. Love this! Does this work outside the US? Are other integrations with WhatsApp, telegram etc planned? Comms with customers via chat channels is defiantly the future.

@paulgosnell Hey Paul - Yes, we have international support for many countries. Definitely planning integrations with other chat apps. WhatsApp is a tough one though, since they have no public API and no desire to allow businesses to communicate with customers. WeChat, Line, and others are in the works though. Couldn't agree more about mobile chat channels for customer communication being the future. There are some crazy interesting things that can be done over chat platforms, such as ecommerce transactions. Has anyone compared Sonar to Front App (https://frontapp.com/home)? I've been trying out Front for the last few weeks and been impressed with the functionality. Does Sonar have mobile apps for responding to messages as well or is it web only? Does it support group texts and sending MMS photos?
