Sonnet is your end-to-end AI meeting assistant. Get more out of your conversations with pre-meeting briefs, customizable AI-generated notes, and fully automated CRM—all without a meeting bot.
Hey Product Hunt!
I'm Ted, and I'm excited to introduce you to Sonnet: the AI meeting assistant and CRM.
We take a lot of meetings these days, and let's be honest, we forget most of them. However, I found that I was often dropping the ball on important information and tasks mentioned on calls. When it came time to join a follow up meeting, I'd listen to entire call recordings to get caught up.
Sonnet hopes to put all of you and your team's conversations into one place, using AI to make them concise, actionable, and searchable. You can think of Sonnet as an assistant that does all the work it takes to have a good meeting for you.
Before your call:
💼 Get briefed on who you're meeting with, covering information on them and their company.
🕗 Sonnet notifies you when a call is about to start, so you'll never miss a meeting.
During your call:
📓 Sonnet transcribes your call and generates notes, based off what you tell the AI to focus on.
🤖 No meeting bots will be used to record.
After your call:
⌨️ Your CRM is automatically updates with meeting details.
🤝 Share the call recording and notes. Catch teammates up in seconds.
Sonnet has a generous free tier, so please give it a spin.
We'll be here in the comments all day. We'd love to hear what you think!
Fantastic launch, Sonnet team! Your end-to-end AI meeting assistant sounds like a game-changer. Do you offer tiered pricing or is it free for unlimited use?
@tedzchai I've tried using Sonnet today for my meetings, and although I've set them all to auto record, 2 meetings in a row now haven't been recorded, and there appears to be no history of them whatsoever. Is this a bug or am I possibly doing something wrong?
Sonnet literally saved my startup from dying many times.
Before using Sonnet, we have lost a dozen enterprise deals because we couldn’t retrieve specific context from customer conversations.
We’ve been growing our revenue ~50% MoM ever since we started recording these conversations with Sonnet. We can never look back.
I’ve also tried our alternatives like fireflies and otter. They don’t work nearly as well.
Really grateful to have been one of the beta users. I’m so excited for everyone else now that Sonnet is launched publicly!

@andydy25 Thank you for being a user from the start! I'm so happy to hear that Sonnet has made such an impact on your startup. That's what keeps us motivated :)
@gabe_villasana Sonnet has a built-in CRM! This makes it so that the CRM can be truly automated and organized, instead of being a data dump through an integration.
@shushant_lakhyani Good question! Sonnet doesn't just provide notes, it automates a ton of the work you do before a meeting to prepare and after the meeting to follow up, saving the average user ~11 hours/month. Plus, Sonnet enables you to give the AI instructions on how to write the notes, records without a bot, auto-updates a CRM, & more.
Loving Sonnet so far! We just implemented it at our company, and our team loves it. Accuracy, simplicity, and a pleasant UX is why we love using it. Also Ted & the team have been crazy fast at getting back to us with feature recommendations. If you're looking for a meeting assistant, you'll love Sonnet!
Congratulations on your successful PH launch! This looks genuinely useful - IMO your product is much more exciting than the way you're communicating it on the website! This is an assistant sure, but what you're enabling is to help a Sales person make the most of their best leads by removing all clutter (clutter = repetitive prep tasks, poor leads who dont show up etc)! You should communicate that in a much better way on your landing page - preferably in the top fold. The testimonial by Andy Li had a level of excitement that did justice to your product - that would be great to translate to your entire website.
Btw, I am piloting a tool to do detailed Website Content Audits for landing Pages . As a part of that, generated a detailed report for your page here - https://drive.google.com/file/d/.... If that is cumbersome, you can also find a summary here - https://drive.google.com/file/d/.... Hope this is useful to you. Good luck again!
Brand new user, but so far I'm impressed! Would love a mobile app version. No negative comments to make. On e small observation being that I use multiple calendars would like it to be able to support that down the line. But it's not a biggie. As long as I can turn it on and just start recording - which I can, I'm good. Well done team!
The difference between Sonnet and other meeting assistants is like the difference between a Swiss Army knife and a single-blade pocket knife.
Helps me keep track of people better, get the notes I want the WAY I want them, and sending emails takes seconds instead of minutes. + no more awkward interrogation meeting bots on one-on-ones
Have been using Sonnet for a while now and it's great! I mainly use it for informational interviews and it's so easy to learn from the summary and pick up things that I missed during the conversation. The tool is also easy to integrate with Zoom & Google Meet with timely reminders.
Thanks for checking out our launch, guys! I've gotten many questions via this post and DM about what makes Sonnet different from other notetakers, so I've attached two examples below of my own notes generated with Sonnet for you guys to check out.
The first is a quick intro call between me and Ted, and the second one is a podcast from a Dwarkesh Patel interview with Mark Zuckerberg from last week. The "custom notes" sections on these calls are 100% unaltered and generated with our AI. Enjoy!
