Hello there πŸ‘‹ A year ago, we launched Spellar here. Your amazing feedback has guided our journey. Today, we're thrilled to introduce the next evolution πŸš€ Now, you might be thinking, "Oh great, another AI note-taker" Hold on! It's so much more than that. It's your very own meeting assistant making you the most productive person in a meeting 😎 Funny Story: Seeing my comment was written in April 22? It's because we wanted to launch 4 months ago 🀣. We rescheded it like... 10 times! Why? Because every time we thought we were ready, your fantastic feedback pushed us to tweak and enhance just a bit more. It turns out, perfectionism can be quite the schedule shuffler So, what's new in Spellar? well... – a LOT πŸ”„ Integrations: We've expanded our integrations, so you can export meeting notes and tasks to all your favorite platforms. Craft Folks – check out this video for more context, Notion, Jira, Linear, Asana, Confluence, Google Docs, Drive, using Miro? check out this loom for more context. Well, you name it, we've got it all and free to use 🀝 🌐 Web App: Access meeting notes, summaries, and everything else anytime, anywhere. Whether you're on your phone, tablet, or computerπŸ“±πŸ’» 😎 Advanced AI Copilot: Our AI copilot is now smarter than ever, offering real-time, context-aware assistance. It generates personalised ice-breakers (it knows about your participants), helps facilitate brainstorms in Miro, it's got your back if you distracted for a few minutes on a call and reminds you what were discussed. πŸ’¬ "Ask AI" Feature: Got a burning question about a meeting? Just hit that "Ask AI" tab and get Instant insights πŸ“ Enhanced Meeting Summaries: Automatically generate customizable summaries directly into Notion, Craft or export tasks to Jira, Linear, and Asana. Our summaries are now so detailed, you'll feel like you're reliving the meeting 🌍 Multilingual Support: Meetings in multiple languages? No problemo! Our AI is fluent in various languages, ensuring everyone's voice is heard and understood 🎁 Special Launch Offer: 45% OFF Spellar Pro! – use OFF45 on checkout Thank you folks for being an integral part of our journey! πŸ™Œ

@devindsgbyq Thanks so much for the kind words and great question! The new "Ask AI" feature can't connect context across multiple meetings at the moment, but this is something we're gonna introduce later in September πŸ˜‰ How do you envision this capability enhancing your meeting workflows?

I personally use all integrations, and I believe it’s a fantastic opportunity to remain productive while continuing to use your favourite note-taking tool for meeting summaries! πŸ’–
Zinovii Zubko
@daniela_muntyan Thanks for your kind words, we're already about to add integration with Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence). Do you use any of them?
Stas Voronov

Congratulations on the launch! This is an impressive tool for anyone who regularly participates in meetings. The Notion summary feature stands out, especially when you're overwhelmed and need a quick recap of previous discussions or a concise summary of all ideas. I hope to see it on other platforms soon!
Artem Konovalov πŸ’Ž
@denys_tsomenko Thank you so much for the kind words and support! πŸ™ What other platforms would you most like to see Spellar integrated with to help supercharge your meeting productivity?
Konstantine Shirshov
Wow! This is literally the tool I need!
Artem Konovalov πŸ’Ž
@shirshov Thank you so much for the kind words and support for our launch on Product Hunt! How have you been using Spellar so far in your own work?
Artem Konovalov πŸ’Ž
Thank you, everyone, for your support! ❀️ This is our third ProductHunt launch, and we're proud to have no bots participating. For the case anyone decide to use the 45% OFF promocode, feel free to do that, it will be available until the 12 of September πŸ™Œ

congrats on the launch, team! @mattisssa, there's a lot of new stuff compared to the previous version - awesome job! On the product side, are you still focused on helping with pronunciation and speaking skills, or is it more like a meetings co-pilot now? What's the primary use case? (btw - ux looks really nice!)
Artem Konovalov πŸ’Ž
@s5f5f5f Thank you Sergei! Appreciate the feedback πŸ™Œ Yeah, we've moved a bit deeper into Copilot. People find it very useful during meetings and even more so afterwards, when you can ask Copilot, "Hey, we discussed prices for Spellar on the last call, what was our decision price for that? How much discount we decided to give PH users?" 😁 Same for summarisation and all of those integrations that makes workflow frictionless. But English Feedback stays where it was, we don't add new features but improved the analysis and exercises for this launch πŸ˜‰
Stas Baleskov
That tool looks great. Congrats on the launch!πŸš€
Artem Konovalov πŸ’Ž
@stas_baleskov thaaaank you!
Artem Konovalov πŸ’Ž

Artem Konovalov πŸ’Ž
@viktor_surkov ah sorry, CALL extension πŸ‘Œ
Kate Ramakaieva
Your innovative vision with this AI note-taking tool is commendable. I've seen a few comparable ones lately, but the emphasis you place on quality is distinctive. Congratulations to you and your team on the successful launch, @mattisssa
Akagi201
Could you add Chinese language support? I think it will not be very hard but very useful to us.
Artem Konovalov πŸ’Ž
@akagi201 we already do! πŸ˜‰
Marian Vovk
The personalized ice-breakers feature is fantastic! How are users finding it in enhancing team engagement? @mattisssa
Artem Konovalov πŸ’Ž
@marian_vovk Thank you so much for the kind words and support of our launch! We're thrilled to hear the ice-breakers are resonating with teams - have you had a chance to try them out with your own colleagues yet?
Ali Eskandari
Brainstorming is such hassle for me all the time, need lots of preparation and also many times during the brainstorming we cannot stay on the track or we've lots of awkward moments i'd say. This sounds interesting - I'll take a look. Congrats on the launch @mattisssa 🀠
Artem Konovalov πŸ’Ž
@ali_eskandari Thank you so much for the kind words and congratulations! πŸ™Œ How do you typically handle brainstorming sessions - any tips or techniques you've found effective?
Zinovii Zubko
@ali_eskandari thanks for the support. I'm also curious, what are the tools you typically use for brainstorming sessions?
Nata Vehas
Wow! It looks very usefull tool if you have a meeting every hour like I have! Thanks Spellar Pro Pro @mattisssa
Sergey Kornilov
I tried it once, and now it’s one of the best apps in my arsenal. Highly recommended
Artem Konovalov πŸ’Ž
@korjmorj thaaaaank you πŸ™Œ
Tony Han
I like how you anticipated what people would ask because I've seen a few no-bot AI note-takers on product hunt launched in the last few weeks and how you really focused on shipping a quality product by scheduling it 10 times! I see that this is a Mac App, but also a web app, I'm curious what's the main difference? I like how you are addressing a real pain point which is people get distracted from the meeting - getting a catch up feature is great! Congrats on the launch @mattisssa and team!
Artem Konovalov πŸ’Ž
@tonyhanded haha, yes, it's already a classic to see note-takers launch here. We even thought to make a joke and add to tagline AI-powered meetings, light years ahead of note takers 😁 It's hard to see launching of these products but we have a very good core user base that provide us with feedback and motivates us to keep working hard.
Artem Konovalov πŸ’Ž
@tonyhanded the difference in macOS/web app is that macOS is the primary one, this is something you use to do the recording, navigate through the results, do exercises for English and etc. Web is supposed to be only as a read-only option, so you can read summaries, points, tasks, share them and do most of what you can do in app but not to record
Artem Konovalov πŸ’Ž
@tonyhanded thank you again for the support πŸ™Œ
