Spike.sh — Get a phone call, SMS & Slack alerts when users are affected

Hello again Producthunt! 🎉 I am back after nearly 2 years with a new product and a new direction on which we have been working full time for the last 6 months. Our goal as a team at Spike.sh is to make sure all indie hackers, growing and small teams never lose out on a customer because of incidents/errors. 🤔 1️⃣ One single incident/error can become the decision-maker for a customer of whether or not to buy our products. This is precisely why I started up phone call alerts for every tool we use with Opsgenie and Pagerduty. I was surprised by the clunky confusing dashboard and the number of hoops I had to jump to setup a simple phone call. Woah! Design looks slick.. just tried out and got the first alert in under 5 mins. We are looking to start with our DataDog integration. is it supported yet?

I have signed up for Spike.sh ; look forward to using it and will provide feedback. Btw in the past, I have used PagerDuty which I found very useful but was expensive.

Great concept. Useful App fuelled with powerful utility tools. Clean and intuitive UI, prompt responses from the developer team, thumbs up from my side. 👍

I buy this software in appsumo in order to us in combination with sales.rocks. Well, as I ask before I buy, they say the 4 tier deal was real unlimited, after I buy I send a file with 66k monitors and their didn’t reply in 5 days. I had to write then 5 days later and they said they have a “fair use policy” and that fair use policy is no where in the contract I sign because I check everything before I buy. I check on the policy, I directly ask… Well, you should know sumolings, the 1 Tier 4 is not unlimited, is 1000 monitor max.

This will in the most simple way help handle the difficult client experiences... every business should look to get this, it will just upgrade your client satisfaction with timely alerts to you of any breakdowns

A must have product in this era where we rely on our online systems to provide a seamless customer experience. Good work

Great idea. Love the minimalistic UX and design orientation which is cutting through red tape. Kinda like you know the incident just call the guy. MSTeams support can be a big plus.
