Feedback is something you need every day, for everything you do. This is how our mind absorbs information, learns, and helps us grow! We figured that something as important as this definitely needs its own platform, so we built Spokk. With the feedback we received from our last hunt, we learned and implemented "Feedback Topics" and we also built the web version of Spokk. Asking for feedback as an organization should also be available within the next few days. Feedback topics help us ask questions from a set of predefined topics of interest. Hi @nhung_nguyen7, Spokk is geared more towards gathering feedback and ideas from a lot of people rather than getting answers to questions. What I mean by this is that feedback is subjective and it's important to gather a lot of information before making decisions. This is a platform for people to brainstorm and collaborate on different ideas and angles to improve something. There is usually no right method or answer, just a bunch of different ways to do it! :D

Completely love the idea, I think this is great. Just a question: Who does the reviews? How do you ensure you are getting people qualified to give feedback? So if for example, I am asking for feedback on my floor plans, how do I make sure I am not getting feedback from people who understand nothing about floor plans? Well done and congratulation on your launch, will be trying it out for sure.

Hi @berthakgokong, thank you! We added the option of feedback topics to tackle this problem to a certain level. Right now, there are dedicated topics in which people can ask questions. People can follow topics they like and hopefully you get responses from at least a few people who know about the topic. To tackle your question properly, we are currently working on an option to gather paid feedback. This way, you can get feedback from experts for a small price. This will also be our business model! :) If you have any feedback or if you have any ideas for improvement, we would love to hear them! :)
