Hey Product Hunt 👋 Traditional product analytics tell us what users are doing, but they don’t explain the "why" behind their actions. To build products that truly resonate, we need insights into real human emotions and motivations. This has always been our goal at Sprig, with our start in in-product surveys and award-winning AI analysis. Over the past year, we’ve grown into a multi-product platform trusted by top tech companies, with new tools like Replays, Heatmaps, and Feedback. Now, Sprig is integrating advanced AI to deliver even deeper user insights. I’m excited to announce the next generation of Sprig—an AI-powered product experience platform designed to give you a deeper understanding of your users. Here’s how it works: Ask: Simply ask Sprig AI any product question, and it will identify the most relevant user data to collect, launching studies directly in your product. Observe: Sprig AI captures real-time insights on user interactions through AI-powered Replays, Heatmaps, Surveys, and Feedback, giving you a deep understanding of your users at scale. Recommend: Sprig AI analyzes this data and delivers actionable recommendations to help you prioritize improvements and enhance your product. Sprig 2.0 is your AI-powered partner in building more intuitive and satisfying experiences for your users. Click here to sign up for a free Sprig account and try it out! Cheers, Ryan CEO @ Sprig

Wow this looks great @ryanglasgow! Love the holistic approach. I would love to try out the SDK in our web app to gain better product insights, but I have two immediate concerns: 1/ Privacy – i.e. not revealing sensitive user data 2/ Performance – i.e. not slowing down page load How does Sprig tackle these?
Ryan Glasgow
@gdbroman Great questions! Sprig doesn't require any PII and doesn't use browser cookies, making it easy to keep user data private. (You can learn more at sprig.com/security-standards!) Plus, our SDK is lightweight to ensure it doesn't affect web/app performance.
