UXR, when done right, can unify a product team to solve real-world problems by providing useful insights grounded in qualitative feedback. One huge challenge is how much time it takes to administer — from finding subjects, to scheduling them, to conducting the interviews, and so. And even then — you can overfit your take-aways from too few respondents (who may or may not be representative of your users as a whole).
Sprig brings scale to UXR processes by leveraging the power and convenience of async video interviews (combined with several additional tools (microsurveys, Figma prototypes, etc)) in order to increase the sheer quantity of qualitative data that can be gathered quickly and efficiently, and brings it all together in a convenient and informative dashboard.
Personally, I wish we had something like this when I was a product designer on the Google+ team!

I'm super excited to see how our customers use video questions and concept tests. Eliminating the need for scheduling and attending live user interviews will allow them to collect more feedback, earlier, and then build better products for their users!
Dang, back in 2015/2016 Sprig was a rad food delivery app in bay area, could get locally sourced meals for like $9 and free delivery, they had a steak sous vide that was insanely good
