I was surprised to see Sprout Social wasn't on Product Hunt yet. It's an online tool for social media management. I use various tools for scheduling, but what I love mostly about Sprout Social is the single inbox you have for all your incoming messages (e.g. with Facebook, you'll get your DMs, wall posts and post comments all in one view), so when your social media serves as a customer services desk, it's super easy to keep track.
