Square Photo Studio — Studio quality product photography at a remarkably low price
We wanted to provide sellers with an affordable, scalable, and easily accessible alternative to traditional photography. Square Photo Studio uses a robot to shoot professional product photos - all for just $9.95 a product and $29.95 for a 360-degree spin.

@aleksandr_betra Thanks for the questions. You can ship your products to our Brooklyn studio. We currently offer a pre-paid shipping label if you place a larger order. There's an option at checkout to add return shipping for just $8 an order.
There's a potential for bulk pricing depending on what you're selling (certain items are a lot more difficult to shoot than others) - you can reach out to photo-studio@squareup.com for specific bulk requests.
This does look amazing; however a 3 photo limit is a bit of a problem. I shoot 6-10 photos and a 360 for all e-commerce products. I’ll stick with my Amazon photo studio and foldio2 360 table+app at less than $300 for unlimited photos.
Having said that my way isn’t nearly as cool as this robot.
Really excited to launch Square Photo Studio and make amazing product photography more accessible. Maybe you've tried to take shots with your phone and noticed how difficult it is to get it to look right, or maybe you've spent thousands of dollars to buy a DSLR and struggled with white balance -- there should be a better way!
Product photos can make or break sales online, and great photography can increase your conversion rate by 30% or more. We worked really hard to get the price down to just $9.95 per product or $29.95 for a 360 spin -- this is an order of magnitude less than what you'd pay anywhere else!

Quality eCommerce photos at a very affordable price! I completely understand the turnaround time, high quality photos take time, not every object photographs the same or even edits the same
That's really cool. We need something like that in the UK cause I'm guessing we couldn't ship from here?
I have paid for the service in your website but forgot to add the return product fee , I sent and email but no answer, there is no phone customer care to call ... maybe I get an answer from here ?

Don't use this company's bad customer service and it's been over 2 weeks for me and still I haven't received my products back or any pictures !
wondering if you can use the .spin files for the 360 photos on shopify and wordpress sites?
@santi_designs great question - you can use the spin files on other online channels but you'll need to follow their instructions on how to use them.
If you use Square Online Store, we've built a seamless solution so you can add your spin to your product page without using a 3rd party app
@john_o great thanks for the information. So could you clarify if with the 360 photos we are paying for the 72 stills & and .spin file or is it more like the 3 product photos and the .spin file?
@santi_designs sure! from our FAQ on what you get when you order 360:
When you order a 360 photo, here’s what happens: once we receive your product, our robotic camera shoots 72 images of it as it makes a complete, 360-degree spin. Those images are then converted into a .spin file. You’ll receive a link to a hosted .spin file with the 360 photo of your product, as well as a single high-res static image of your product, and embed code for a hosted .spin file.
