If you have to time an event or meeting, then stagetimer.io can help. It allows you to create timers and control them from other devices. You can then share a fullscreen timer with presenters and the agenda with participants via link.
Congrats on the Launch Liz and Lukas! ππ
Have you marketed this to Streamers - Twitch etc? If it's browser based it would be easy to integrate into OBS/Streamlabs. They often need countdown times pre-stream.
@maxwellcdavis Thanks for the support Maxwell! Yes, we plan on start targeting streamers now. It's definitely the next customer segment for us. We first focused on event and AV production, since they convert into paid users. Streamers on the other hand are fine with the free version. Let's see what other industries and use cases we can expand into. :)
Congrats Lukas, I loved the product π
I couldn't find the embed option if it's available. (I feel like you have :) ) IF you have this feature you might want to shine it up more :)
@_lhermann i've been following Lukas and Liz's journey for a while now. Super impressed.
Can totally see how this solves a very tangible need for events, livestreams, or just running meetings in general.
Congrats on the launch!
@_lhermann@threehourcoffee your support means a lot to us Marie! You have been an inspiration and a reference on how to build a business. Thanks for all the support and for everything we learn from you!
@_lhermann@alexey_hs Thanks Alex! The launch looks even better with such an awesome video from Hound Studio! Really appreciate the work you and your team put on it.
What I LOVE about this is the simplicity of the concept itself. A timer, you can control from other devices? So simple in principle, but the execution is what makes this useful. Nice work team!
@jondotjames Thanks John, I'm glad you like it. We haven't found anything else fo this specific use case, but there are quite a few other tools that do some part of what we offer.
I used to run large tech conferences and to have a timer for the speakers I had to pay ridiculous prices for the AV companies to haul over 10-year-old hardware...
I wish stagetimer had existed back then!
Awesome product and congrats on the launch!
@rbouschery That's pretty much the use case. We still have one big milestone, a downloadable version, to make Stagetimer really conference event venue proof π
following the journey of both of you is super inspiring, you pour so much love into it which results in an outstanding product!
all the best for the launch, I see you're already crushing it π₯π
Congratulations on your launch Liz and Lukas...awesome product definitely see how this solves a problem when hosting a podcast as I do quite often... great great work
Hi Lukas & Liz,
After watching the Stagetimer 2.0 walkthrough video on Youtube, I was literally happy, excited, and astonished about the redesigned UI-UX granularity features of this very professional tool perfectly built for Run Of Show / Rundown producers tools like in tv-broadcast and event industries.
Huge congrats to you guys, as you are continually improving this tool with a transparent roadmap on all points.
This is exactly what virtual producers from small companies need to elevate their production skills.
@rudy_arconte Thanks for such a nice feedback Rudy! We are truly happy to be able to provide this service for producers and teams working on events, broadcasting and video production in general.
Feel free to let us know if there is anything we can improve.
Congrats guys π this product solves a lot of frictions! Having hosted a podcast in the past, it would have been very useful to me if I had known it at that time π
The timer was great. While not the primary purpose, I've used StageTimer.io for workouts and it was very clear to setup and see. Great product.
Good luck with the launch!
@viktoria_pupazina Thanks Viktoria! And yes, Stagetimer adjusts to the local time of the controller and/or viewer, so it's perfect for remote teams or virtual events.
Give it a try and let me know if you have any questions. ;)
