Hello, Product Hunters! Alex is here from standuply.com. You know me by dozens of launches we made in the past two years. We all love remote work, aren’t you? But, what are the greatest tools for remote work? (besides Standuply -- joking 😄) We decided to check it out and complied a list of the 330 best tools for remote work. The list is categorised to make it convenient for you to browse it. Only great tools made it to the list. Here’s how we picked them: ✔️ we asked 3000 remote workers what they're using; ✔️ we read all the Quora topics on remote works to find more; ✔️ we asked HN users and went through older topics as well; ✔️ tools with low Alexa rank were removed from the list; ✔️ only tools with 4 and 5 stars on Capterra made it to the list; Overall, it took us a couple of months and I'm excited to share it with you today. I hope you'll greatly benefit from it, have a great day 😉 Alex, CEO of Standuply

@rrhoover btw, you'd probably like it as a fan of remote work. Which are your favorite tools for managing a remote team at Product Hunt and Your Stack?
Vladimir Osipov
Is there a way to add a tool to the list? At least our remote team uses it all the time, so it might be something handy for others as well.

@vladimir_osipov send it to me via alex at standuply.com

I have used standuply a lot and love it and this is a great list. I personally liked that I was able to check out a couple of tools I had not seen before. Thanks for this!

This list contains tools used by real devs. Also, you can read an overview and stick to stuff you like to!

I understand it is much harder but just a thought - create say 'project management' SaaS ontology (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/On...), invite vendors to populate and extend. End result - you can select project management tools with the ability, for example, to post reach comments and an option to insert inline files and images to those comments. This will be valuable - as it saves a lot of time slicing all the functionality available and the ability to truly side by side compare.

Benefits - can charge vendors to be added, can charge users - provide some limited free access. Ontology moderators, if community based, both vendors and users can get premium access for free :)

330 is almost at a number where it starts not to feel so curated.

@luikohl well, with fewer tools the list would be incomplete. also keep in mind that I visited all these websites, checked them on alexa & capterra to make the list curated and not just a list of everything.

can you please add Apploye time tracker in this list?
Erdinc
nice curation, but didn't get why it called remote stash.
