@joonatanvanhala Congrats on the launch! 🚀 I was a little confused until I realised I had a default portfolio on log in 😀
@ohansemmanuel Haha yes we thought it would work just as an example which you can delete and start from scratch after you've saw what Stockle looks like with data added!
@joonatanvanhala Yeah, I figured! If you get the same reaction from other users, you could easily add a popup/tooltip like "Welcome! We added a default portfolio for XYZ...". Otherwise, ignore. It could just be me 😀
@joonatanvanhala Also, the UI's looks trustworthy! An important part for fintech apps (at least in my opinion). Cheers to that! One minor comment: my name remained "John Doe" even after sign in. A better heuristic since you have my email could be the start of my email e.g., given "username@example.com", the app shows "@username"
Since I'm having no luck changing the name ATM, this could be a decent compromise as opposed to "John Doe".... Also, I could be a Jane Doe 😉
Edit: I figured I could change this via preferences. I was clicking the user icon and name instead :)

Loved the idea Joonatan! It looks easy but actually it isn't get and understand a retail investor’s vision. Being able to connect and learn is super powerful. Glad to see you facing this topic. Really congrats!
Nice idea, lovely execution. Looking forward to giving this a try - investments are always so tricky to manage and get a quick overview on (bye bye my 4 year old spreadsheet)

@sentry_co Good question! Depends a bit how you view it but portfolio/dividend trackers but also brokerages are our competitors
@sentry_co Yes, you could consider Robinhood, as it is also a brokerage! However, I wouldn't say they are direct competitors. While they work in the same field, Robinhood focuses on enabling the buying and selling of securities, whereas Stockle is focused on combining all investment data on a single platform.
I've been following Stockle for quite a while... I'm very excited to use it. It's a great design especially considering how complex its features inherently are. Big congrats and an even bigger thumbs up 👍
Awesome app with a game-changer command menu. If you've ever dabbled in stocks and used existing brokerage platforms, this got them all beat, easily. Congrats Joonatan and Rasmus, very excited to see where it goes from here!
