As an athlete that needed strength and conditioning work, I searched for apps that could track my workouts. I found that workout apps were tailored towards either strength or cardio. The very few apps that had both time and rep based workouts were hard to use and didn't provide a way to integrate both into one workout. Thus, after a year of development, Strengthic was born. While I recognize there is a surplus of fitness apps in the app store, I believe the versatility of the workouts you can create with Strengthic make it unique. Other workout apps on the app store don't provide a way for users to integrate time and rep based exercises into one workout. They are often locked to either strength (rep and weight) or cardio (duration) based workouts. With Strengthic, users can create multifaceted workouts consisting of time, rep, weight, and distance based exercises all in one workout. I would appreciate it if you guys could check out my app and provide feedback so I can help improve the app for others to use!

@strengthic this looks awesome! Congrats on the launch! Would be cool to see this integrated with a more wholistic app (e.g. with workouts, macro tracker, etc.). Will definitely need to check this out.

@alyssia_maluda that's the goal! I plan to add pre-configured workouts and also a dynamic workout feature where you can automatically calculate weights based on previous workouts (like workouts on an excel sheet). I also plan to add a nutrition tracker in the future.
