Thank you for this interesting service! I have been searching for something like this for a long time

Been following Sunlight for awhile now...and I'm *so* excited to see them launch the service I believe will fundamentally change the way employees access continued learning content from within. So many employees sit on unused continued learning budgets because searching for content is too much of a hassle, the approval process is too convoluted, or the motivations just aren't there. I admire the Sunlight team for trying to change this and cannot wait to see the ripple effect it will have on industries for years to come ☀️

This product has lots of potential, its still lil bit soon to suggest this to my boss w this product; but i definitely keep an eye on this

Solving a real problem and curating great content, definitely worth checking out for a team! Pros: The platform looks awesome, and I'm sure the learning metrics, featured content + dashboard get even better when a whole team in onboarded (as opposed to using it as an individual) Cons: none so far Congrats on the launch!

How did you make this website/landing page its beautiful! Did you use a particular landing page service or was it from scratch?

This is interesting. However i have one question - As a manager of a team of 15-20 people, how can I control what my team is purchasing?

We've been using Sunlight for a few years now. Our employees love the ability to quickly pay for educational resources.

Pros:

- All your education spending in one place - Ability to create learning Playlists for different roles in your company

Cons:

- I still find that employees underuse their learning budget so potentially more can be done in terms of making sure people actually learn

More integration with Amazon for books - I don't know if it's possible, but a great feature would be if it pulled in product info from the URL. Also, if it remembered my addresses so I don't have to re-type.

Pros:

Great idea, encourages self improvement across my team, intuitive interface, the timeline is great for discovery, approvals are ace

Cons:

I'd love the request process to be a little more streamlines

Easy to use, engaging and lovely interface. Went beyond my expectations. It could use with a few more resources but I’m sure that’s exactly what the future will bring. Excellent!

I absolutely love this product in theory, but I hit 500s four times during onboarding. I'm on an up to date chrome browser, so hopefully this is just temporary trouble starting out, but it's making the experience pretty shaky. Once this is fixed, I bet this tool will be amazing!

Excellent support system, very helpful team. I love the idea that we are independent to develop ourselves as well as out team’s independent to develop itself. Loads of value here.

Pros:

Easy, engaging and lovely interface. Great tracking and a greatly ambitious future resource plan. Very exciting!

Cons:

Needs more content but that’s exactly why they are here so I’m confident this is what the future brings.

As mentioned, the customer support is one of the best ones I have experienced in online products. They are friendly, fast and super professional. Before using Sunlight, it was a chaos for us to control the educational budget in our different teams using excel, but since we introduced it, it's one issue less we need to worry about.

Pros:

Simple, intuitive, I like the user interface and the amazing customer support.

Cons:

I would love to include old transactions into the system.

In my prev company, that's an issue, the manager has the budget, but he can't simply allocate it to the team for education/training since it's so hard to track and organize such stuff. So this for sure will help a lot of teams

Needs to be more intuitive in some menus.

I especially like the concept to empower people taking care of their own learning curve
