A few years ago I learned the importance of getting sunlight in your eyes from Dr. Andrew Huberman, Ph.D. I started waking up and beelining toward the sun and shortly noticed my mood and energy improve throughout the day. This simple action was a game-changer for me. I wanted to create a simple app that would motivate me to get sunlight exposure throughout the day and track my progress. Loved the early days of it and absolutely love this crazy upgrade of a version. Presh truly cares about making things that bring you further and this app really shows that. I live in Germany and we don't get a lot of sunlight this time of the year + a lot of clouds, so this is a godsend. Couldn't recommend it more!

Great idea! I'd suggest adding support for tracking kids' sun exposure. I believe sunlight is even more important for children than adults, whether it's for health, growth, or eye vision.

Wow, this app is sooo amazing! Office workers really need this product. It’s often already dark by the time we finish work, especially in winter. SunSeek can effectively remind us and help us get more sunlight. And I believe spending time in the sun can significantly relieve stress and negative emotions. Congrats on the launch! As somebody that works from home and sometimes forgets to go outside and get some dedicated sunlight, this app is the best thing I’ve come across especially for cities like Toronto where you can go months without seeing the sun, this helps remind and track your exposure. Now one of my staple apps in my fitness stack.
