Hello Engineers, We are launching SuperCFD! An innovative and independent Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software with a unique simulation experience. SuperCFD relies on cloud-infrastructure, always accessible through web-browsers. Here are the current and up-coming features of SuperCFD: - Heat Transfer, Fluid Dynamics and Solid Mechanics Simulation in a single platform. - It is Fast! We optimized the algorithms so much that it gives instant results in certain problems. We keep improving the software day-by-day! - Up to 16-core simulation capability is included without any additional licensing fee. - API access and remote calls are possible. - Python scripting for additional post-processing. - Paraview native VTK/VTU download options after the simulations. - Direct access to developers for feature requests and feedbacks. I'll be adding new features and benefits along the line. Thanks for the interest, we are open for suggestions and questions. Best, Dr. Erhan Turan Simularge

@kjosephabraham Thanks for the good wishes. We are receiving really positive and constructive feedbacks. I appreciate your input. Best.

This is pretty cool! Does it use GPU acceleration on the server side in any way, or is it just pure CPU computations? Also, it would be nice to use this as a part of a pipeline when, let's say, a new STL model is uploaded using CI, and a report (+visuals) is generated automatically using some saved configuration.

@semanser Hello. Currently parallel CPU only (which is already fast), but we already starting testing GPU-offloading. Yet, we are working on other ML features for the whole platform which will leverage GPUs, as well I just added your feedback on STL workflow into our todo list. Thanks!

@semanser Hello Andriy. As Simularge we also offer a no-code and low-code (Python and API) interfaces for workflow automations, which is called TwinIDE. SuperCFD and TwinIDE will be working seamlessly which will enable you to create automatic workflows to generate auto visuals and reports, AI calcs on top of CFD results, ready-to-use engineering applications that you distribute & sell, even SMS messaging when your calculations are done :) There is no limit about imagination once you have a robotic automation capabilities on top of CAE solutions...

Fluid Dynamics was certainly one of the most complex course I took back in university. So, some nostalgia here. 😅 I am glad to see you making a bit easier for everyone working in that sector. I checked your pricing page and it seems like you don't have a special pricing for students. I would recommend that you do that. There are so many student researchers who would use and love this. And by making it a bit easier for them, you will also be gaining some lifetime loyal users. All the best!

@naomigarcia Hello Naomi. Good old days, right :) Certainly, Students are the main pillar of our platform. Currently we have two solutions for them. First, free tier is available with private computations ( unlike some platform where every free simulation is public ). Secondly, and most importantly, SuperCFD will be free for internal academic use of Universities. Any Educational Institution who will provide its own internal server for us to perform installation, the system will be free of charge for academic work. Hope this is inline with what you think would help the students! Best.

I appreciate the option to download Paraview native VTK/VTU files. It makes post-simulation visualization and analysis much easier.

@mitchell_marshall1 Thanks Mitchell. We plan to add Mesh import/export option, as well if our users wants to use fine tuned grid structures.

I find the direct access to developers for feature requests and feedback very beneficial. It ensures that user needs are heard and addressed.

@luke_wright1 SuperCFD going to grow with its happy users. Direct access to core developers is essential for that. Thanks for highlighting this feature Luke!
