Supernova — The next generation of design token management
The next generation of design token management is here! With Supernova, you can connect, manage, document, and deliver your design tokens with ease. You can now also import your tokens from Figma Tokens plugin and manage themes directly from a new Tokens view.

@rrhoover That is a slight oversight in not anticipating that beforehand, considering how much crypto is on top of the minds of people recently! But at least we have a good prep if we ever consider doing design systems in that space, whatever that would mean 😅!
@color2life Thank you, we really appreciate it. Definitely much needed, the entire space of design/developer tooling is red hot right now but still many things to greatly improve!

It’s an exciting time for Supernova, we’ve just raised a new round of funding 💸, and launched a new website 🚀, but most importantly we’re back on Product Hunt with a huge new update to Supernova — the next generation of design token management.
If you’re not familiar with Supernova, our goal has always been to help designers, developers, and product teams work better together 🤝. And as the core atomic element of any design system, design tokens play the biggest part in that. That’s why we’re so excited to be bringing this update that completely changes the design tokens landscape. With this update you can now do the following in Supernova:

👉 Apply themes to your design tokens to switch from dark and light mode, for example, with a click
👉 Document your design tokens with unlimited customization

This update will help teams break down their siloes, maintain consistency, and communicate their design decisions from one place — Supernova.

@arnold_dela_cruz All aboard the rocket, we are ready to go 🚀 Jokes aside, design systems are so fragmented that finally having a tool with enough flexibility so it can be used in whatever workflow, tooling, or stack companies use is important, and will probably give some new and interesting options to companies who currently struggle with this (speaking from experience of talking with hundreds of them recently, I think that is almost everyone today..)
I'm considering turning our Design System services into a new Subscription service. I would love to explore a potential partnership.

@shushant_lakhyani I think tools that help designers to work better with developers, and vice versa, are universally loved because their impact is just so big in any (but especially large) organization. Thank you for supporting us!
