I really think it's the best survey tool integration with Intercom out there!

Flawless installation, whole survey embedded into the chat window; for sure enjoyable & smooth survey experience

It really is incredibly easy to integrate Survicate with Intercom. One click of a button that's all it takes!

Some limitations with Intercom attributes, no 'undo' if you're an idiot like me and accidentally delete a survey

We're using the Survicate Intercom integration for our NPS survey and it's working well.

Pros:

Simple and effective Intercom integration at no or very low cost. Results can be stored in Intercom as tags or attributes.

Haven't found any yet.
