A powerful tool to synch folders between self owned devices similar to the erstwhile Bittorrent Sync (now resilio) . No limits on data transfer .The sync data is transmitted without the cloud being involved (no central servers) the the folder is but mirrored however the data does not rest in encrypted state in either device . Some features i liked (a). Secure (the process of encryption and decryption is in the background) (b). Easy to configure ( although using Syncthing for selective sync within the folders is not effective ). (c) Active open source project .

I love it. Though I have had issues getting it through a firewall when Dropbox "just worked".
