I love the product! I have been using it for 3 months and it works perfectly : I have nothing to do, my assistant remove useless tabs instantly!

I am very pleased today to introduce you to our new project tabby.us! 🔥
We built it to help everyone navigate on their browser without feeling additional fatigue due to an excess of tabs.
Let's be a bit more specific. After the pandemic hit us all, we participated in many more online meetings than usual, during which we could clearly see the huge number of tabs displayed by our colleagues.
Since our friends also found the number of tabs open to be overwhelming, we decided to share a public survey that collected +250 responses with striking results. We found out that around *45% of people work with more than 20 tabs open*, that *3 out of 4 people often feel overwhelmed with their tabs* and that an excess of tabs could lead to an *insidious fatigue*...
Struck by these simple facts and eager to use it as well, we built tabby! 🔥
An AI-based plugin that detects your unnecessary tabs, remove them and gives you the possibility to restore them easily, if needed. You simply have to install it, set your preferences & let it adapt to your habits. You can give it a 24hours try! 😊

@makeavish great question! We designed the brain of tabby to be ultra light in order not to consume a lot of energy, so its a complex statistic formula taking into account the different built KPIs on your tabs. However the parameters of the formula were learned with data coming from beta-testers volunteers. That's were the intelligence is, in the automatic selection of the parameters. The algo is a light custom neural network, taught from scratch to infer these parameters ;)

Tabby is a very powerful tool for your browser, both in your work life and for your leisure. I use it especially for long researches at work, when I can be easily lost in thousands of tabs. It enables to have a clearer and an easier management of your tabs: thus, you can save a lot of time! Moreover, it also stops me from being distracted by other activities. Do not miss it!

@merlin_laffitte looks clean! Any idea on if it also saves on RAM usage or how it impacts memory?
@gabe__perez you're totally right! Like the Great Suspender tabby has an impact on your RAM, because it holds you in average to your target number. Each removed tab can be fully restored with its previous state, but all the RAM memory is cleared. About 175Mo in average if you are on Chrome ;)
