Hey Hunters! 👋 This might be a bit boring if you're not using OKRs 😅 BUT, if you do use OKRs, then there's a high chance that we can make your life easier. Here's how 👇 One of the selling point of OKRs is that it keep everyone aligned. It's great in theory, but there's just this one small problem. Maintaining and aligning an OKRs system generally sucks: - Option 1: you're using a spreadsheet and have to switch between tabs all the time. - Option 2: you're using an OKRs tools and have to do a lot of clicking around to connect OKRs together (we used to do that too). A core value for us is simplicity, so we came up with an option 3 that would work out of the box: the Strategy Map. It's a high-level view of your org allowing you to see all the OKRs grouped by teams. There's zero setup required. It just works as soon as you add a new plan. With the Strategy Map you can: - See all active OKRs in one view. - Compare teams without having to switch context. - Expand/collapse the objectives that you care about. - See what's off-track/on-track at a glance. - Click on any KRs to see the progress in more details.
