There is no other tool currently in the market, especially ones that can conduct live coding interviews using AI. So definitely different in that aspect. 2. For recruiters: They can let our AI screen 1000s of candidates on thier behalf, helping save 1000s of hours. They also get deep insights on each candidate. For candidates, they dont need to schedule interviews, can interview at their own time. They also dont have to spend hours on coding tests online as Talently does a comprehensive assessment.

I've checked it out, and found it to be super useful. For a recent job post, we got hundreds of applications on LinkedIn, and initial screening of about 20+ people took days. Now, we can do screening automatically ! One of the best uses of AI in a corporate setting!
