Hi, Thank you for visiting our page. Here's a little background about Talsam and our jewelry... I've been living away from loved ones for almost 20 years. I grew up in Dubai and moved to the US in 1999. My family and all my childhood friends are still there. I also 'survived' a two-year long distance relationship with my wife. So I'm all too familiar with the challenges involved with being separated from people you love. These are the experiences that inspired Talsam. We set out to create wearable technology that is worthy of being a special gift for a loved one. Not just a regular gift. A piece of jewelry that would remind them that they're loved, and make them feel safe and connected, no matter where they are.  It has taken us almost 3 years to finish developing Talsam, because it was important for us to create a truly luxurious piece of jewelry. Unlike most wearables, which have done the opposite - they've started with the technology then figured out the design later. Every Talsam charm is made by hand in Portugal using semi-precious stones, Swarovski crystals, and hypoallergenic stainless steel. We had to create new manufacturing methods just to pull this off, so it's been a long and eventful journey to get to this point. But we wouldn't have it any other way. One of our goals was to create wearable technology that would be worthy of expressing your love for someone. That is a benchmark that we strive to meet every day.  Our packaging is designed to meet similarly high standards. You don't just get a cardboard box that you throw away once you have your charm. We've produced a beautiful, reusable jewelry box using paper-based materials. The box contains a drawer with three compartments to store the accessories that come with every charm. These include adjustable-length bracelet and necklace chains, a travel pouch, polishing cloth, and charging cable. We also put a lot of thought into the Talsam messaging app that pairs with our jewelry. It's an intimate space for you and one other person to communicate.  The app offers a couple of unique features, including secrecy settings, a collection of animated, hand illustrated emojis, and a Moment Stream, which is an alternative view of your timeline that lets you organize messages according to how they make you feel. You can tag any message with one of five different positive emotions - amused, happy, loved, optimistic, and thankful. So at any point in time, you can tap on a random message on your Moment Stream to relive the good vibes. Think of it like positive energy on demand.  We hope you love what we've created. Hi, My name is Thomas. I'm desperately trying to reach you. I'm a huge fan of yours. I've been following your project since I first saw it many years ago on a YouTube video. Since then I always said to myself that the day i finally had a Girlfriend, i would have given her one of your jewels. Now, on the 10th of August (the night of the falling stars), me and my beloved girlfriend Giorgia, will celebrate our first year together. I love her with all of my heart and soul and I couldn't wait to gift her a Talsam. I was hoping of buying the Lapislazzuli one, cause it looks like a starry night with the Lyre constellation <3 I planned to shop it a bit earlier to make sure I wouldn't miss the date, but as I went to your website, i read the sad notice that your products will no longer be available until further notice. I was really really sad to hear that, not only because it meant that my gift idea vanished, but also because a nice and clever company like yours is struggling because of this Covid madness. I'm really sorry for what you're are going through :( Companies like yours only deserve to thrive, and not to struggle... I've tried to think of another gift, but I couldn't, I didn't want to... your pendant was just so perfect. The lore, the backstory, the design... Everything about it screams "I'm the only perfect gift for her". Before giving up on the idea, i first want to try get an answer from you.
