Team Feels — Pulse surveys for your team, powered by emojis

Hey Product Hunters, We are thrilled to be bringing Team Feels to your eyeballs today. We have been building this for a little while now and are ready to onboard users and early adopters. Team Feels is really all about trying to make data out of emojis over Slack, you ask your team probing questions with emoji-based responses and we will gather all that up over time to show you charts and dashboards. Ask your team what they think about their current goals and deadlines. Ask your team what they think to management. Ask your team if they thought that meeting was worthwhile or a waste of time. Or simply ask your team just how they're feeling today. Then analyze all this data in charts and dashboards to gain some valuable insights. Maybe Jeff is becoming gradually less content over time with his work and is close to burnout, time to book a 1-on-1 with Jeff it looks like! In the future we will be offering pre-built sets of questions that disect different facets of your business: climate health, burnout, efficiency, collaboration, management and more.
