Thank you Neeraj. This app idea came up while talking to pharma and BFSI clients who wanted to increase productivity on field but many more features coming soon on field activity integration and process management. E.g. Insurance, Auto Dealers, Service & Support biz & so on.

Hi Violeta, this isn't actually. This is primarily for any mobile worker whose location is more important to know on a regular basis to optimize field work. You simply logout of the app or check out, nothing will be tracked. The team manaager gets a web / desktop dashboard to see where his / her teams are spread in a geo and how he/she can optimize the workflow. In future one can also see, if there are "orders" or any "activities" popping up from a location and quickly decide what and how to take the next step. The other aspect is employee safety and application situations like disaster management. Due to recent news in India, few employers are really worried about their employees, till they reach home. It might not be their business, but definitely a concern to such spikes in crime rates.

Is this a way to spy on your employees? I had this type of boss once... had to make random noises, so they didn't realize where I was... harder to do with a built-in GPS though.
