After running into log in issues with Google's "Chrome Remote Desktop", we poked around online and found TeamViewer. Within a minute flat we had it set up and access codes shared. Super painless and free for one on one fixes. No issues with lag or quickly. Interface was clean and simple to pick up. For those times when Slack and screen share won't cut it. Definitely adding to the toolkit.
