Teambit is an engagement platform that helps you ensure your team performs as best teams in the world.
Today teams use the same principles to measure and improve performance and engagement as industrial age factories. But all those annual 100-question surveys, way too formal performance reviews and lack of praise don’t really work for modern workplaces.
Teambit wants to change that. It’s designed to make continuous feedback, be it in a form of 1-1 feedback, public praise or feedback gathered via surveys, a daily habit. It's a lightweight, automated and fun. And it’s just a beginning 🙌

Not really, we don't have the concept of bonuses or leaderboards. To be honest I am not a huge fan of leaderboards since they may encourage a pretty unhealthy environment, taken to the extreme.
@alexpotrivaev I see what you're saying, and might agree with you if it were a team working together in an office, but as someone who presently has a team that works remotely across the board (and intends to continue that) ive found that some good old fashioned competition tends to keep my team more engaged and working harder. Just my opinion though. I personally wasn't thrilled with Bonusly and am looking for a good solution that I can stick with long term. I've tried Open Company which is similar to you guys but not as nice of an interface. Excited to see your progress.

This looks great! It's exactly what I've been looking for. I've been experimenting with similar tools, but none of them are as wholistic as this one. Some are for praise, some are for surveys and standups, and some are for feedback, but I don't think many tools incorporate all of these features in one tool.
Also, really enjoying your design and branding. Love that color scheme 🎨 💯 .
almost the perfect tool I need, but missing points system like bonusly. we need points and score to encourage people to praise.
