@frank_denbow, great question! Our AI's support 200+ apps including SalesForce, Hubspot, X, Quickbooks, Airtable, Google Workspace, Jira and more. You approve their access and set permissions as you would with human co-workers. Does that help?
Congrats on the launch @kate_hiscox! Very cool idea.
As honest feedback, I tried it yesterday (for a couple of hours) and I struggled to actually get real added value from it. Asking it to fetch some basic LinkedIn data (after connecting it), it didn't bring real numbers. Asking it to do some LinkedIn searches, it couldn't access that feature. After connecting it on Notion and asking it to fill a Notion page/database with an editorial calendar (I run a Marketing team and was mostly doing a test for a social media AI team member), it said it was facing technical issues with filling Notion databases.
I'm sure this is an amazing product and that it has a bunch of uses, but I really struggled to see it working yesterday. Could you let us know of some concrete uses beyond these?

@p_val 😍 We would love to say its down to our teams hard work but our AI's learn on their own. Its AMAZING to watch them adapt and get used to work style. And they have a human manager assigned to them by the companies that create them so if they're unsure, they dm their manager. They're honestly a ton of fun to work with and you know what surprised me? Their humour! They crack me up and always bring the positivity and energy. At Sivo, our AI's are part of the human family, blended right in.

To be honest, I don't understand anything. What I do understand is that you can create "bots" with this tool to perform tasks.
Do you give each bot its own email address and connect it to apps?
But I don't understand how it works. Could you provide some examples? How have you used it in your daily life? Give 2 or 3 examples to clarify what it can do, as it's too abstract for me. For someone like me, how can this tool support me? I mean, how can these bots support me?

We do strongly recommend to give each AI Worker its own email so it can communicate that way with other team members (both humans and AI workers).

Here are some examples:
1. Give your bot access to your CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc) and ask it to perform tasks in it, like adding leads, creating reports, or crating an email campaign for a list.
2. Train your bot to manage software development projects by giving access to JIRA, create stories and report bugs, manage status of tickets
3. Add a Social Media manager by creating an AI worker that focuses on posting daily on Twitter and Linkedin. Ask your bot to generate content and share it!
4. Get help with company financials or invoices by giving your AI Worker access to an accounting package like QuickBooks or Xero.
5. Manage your calendar and email by having your AI worker create and maintain meeting schedules, email agenda to participants, and remind them or important information before, during and after events.
More importantly... EXPLORE your new team members and HAVE FUN!
@sgroiga thanks for your feedback! Rob shared some use-cases but I wanted to share some that I find useful personally. Our AI’s have full web search built in. In sales, we use them to search for leads based on criteria then they use a tool like hunter.io to surface emails for decision makers and draft and send emails or add these leads to a sales funnel in CRMs like Hubspot and Salesforce. This saves us so much time! I like the flexibility of being able to task this to my AIs (when our leads hit this number, top them up) or simply asking in Slack.

A very good idea, I've also thought about creating a similar product.
My thinking is that to truly produce effective work, AI needs to form effective expert work patterns in different fields, and it's inevitable to combine with the actual situation of the enterprise. It may not necessarily require pre-training or fine-tuning, but it definitely needs some user data feedback and annotation.
But the most critical thing is that users have a relatively satisfactory result in the first round of use, which is very difficult when lacking the context of the enterprise, and I don't think it can rely solely on simple user role descriptions.
So, I'm curious about how much work you've done in prompt engineering?

@madmanick, thanks for the question! So apps have different capabilities and we're constantly working to expand what TC Ai's support. With that said, they are consistent in the way that AI Managers provide access and set permissions (where apps allow).

@memphys_sk hi Stefans, AI Workers can be customized and taught to use tools in any way you would a human! We have launched with support of over 200 tools... too many to list... Start by creating a bot, TeamCreate will guide you through the naming, job title assignment, and drafting responsibilities. THEN give your new AI Worker access to tools and start giving them tasks.
As you learn to interact with your new AI Worker, you will start incorporating them into your company and teams, just lie you would with a human!
If a real person employee disagrees with an idea or decision made by an AI employee, how will it be resolved?
@anastasiia_stepko, thanks for taking the time! Our AI’s are designed to check in with their assigned Manager if they’re not sure about their position on something including if they “should” do something. They’re also pretty affable, I’ve tried but failed to get into an argument!

I'm curious why you decided to offer AI agents across multiple domains (sales, marketing, product, etc.) vs. focusing on just one, @kate_hiscox.
🥰 @rrhoover, a couple of reasons!
1. It felt inefficient to work with an assistant per app which is how many of the products out there work.
2. We wanted TC to feel as close to working with human co-workers as we could make it. TC AI's can be added to Slack, given their own email, assigned tasks and get on with their objectives using the tools they need. Any confusion (just like humans), they check in with their human manager.
We were pretty surprised at how fast they learn and improve and productivity is off the clock for stuff like sales outreach, social media, risk analysis on big data sets. Stuff that is typically hyper time consuming.
