One of the things I love most about traveling is the opportunity to get quality, custom fitted clothing at a great price. In both India and Thailand I've been able to get dress shirts and suits that are high quality and fit me well. They're the best clothes I own. If you're able to replicate any two of price, quality, or service, this will be a magical product. Really interested to see and hear about the quality of the shirts you're offering.

@eric3000 Our shirts start at $69 -- we don't beat the magically low price people seem to get when they visit India or Thailand, but it's much cheaper than a typical custom shirt in the US and very competitive with J. Crew, Brooks Brothers, et al. We've done a ton of work to get the fit right, which starts with our software being 20% more accurate than a professional tailor. It's also dead simple and really fast / convenient to get measured by your phone or tablet. To give you an idea of the quality of our shirts, we have many 140's at our $89 price range. 140's is about the highest you can get for any shirt. As for service, we offer a 100% no questions asked money back guarantee. If you don't like your shirt for any reason (not just fit), we'll remake it for free or give you your money back. And this policy isn't just on the first shirt.

@msjpenn Like I said, two out of three and this will be magical. Quality and service both sound amazing. I will be ordering a shirt.

@msjpenn I love the fits, the styles are good, the only thing lacking is a high quality non-iron. It's just lacking the crispness that you see with Brooks Brothers. J-Crew has the same problem. The thicker oxfords are great quality.

Thanks to @justinkan for pointing this out today. Excited to hear about how this product inception came about. Would be cool to see if this technology could be used by other clothing brands as a way to customize existing product offerings. @rafiwitten & @msjpenn care to jump in discuss?

Really interested to try it out and see if it can handle my edge case arm length. @rafiwitten strong work!

We make great shirts no matter your size or shape! And if you don't love your shirt we'll give you a free refund. @mark__a, you have nothing to worry about.

@spyuchan Do the likes from @ProducTind get fed into the main website?

This is really interesting technology. I have a unpopular body shape and appreciate that I can not get shirts to fit. I have seen some other solutions and they are way too complicated. Who wants to get your buddy to measure parts of your body!

I tried this out on my girlfriends phone (I'm on Android!) and the first thing she said was I want this for girls as well. The process is super simple, kudos to the team for making it work so smoothlessly it really feels like magic. If the line of products expanded I could see myself using this for all my clothes.

The app is easy to use, and the custom measurement process is surprisingly quick + straight-forward. Nice fabric options, and some of the style-related features I liked most included (1) the ability to get a shirt cut based on how you'll wear it (e.g. tucked v. untucked); and (2) the ability to request specific collar and cuff styles (including a french cuff). The shirt I ordered is en-route, so I can't comment on that just yet.

And we're definitely all about getting this technology into as many user's hands as possible - whether by selling a broader variety of clothing, partnering with existing brands to customize their clothing or helping you find off-the-rack clothing in your size.

@rafiwitten really smart.. this would be perfect for @PistolLake and many other brands.

I have a similar story as Rafi. I love looking great, but I never order clothes online because they never fit and I hate returning things. So we've made an experience where you're in and out in under 5 minutes but guaranteed a better fit than if you went to the store. We're very excited about our own shirts and want to roll out custom for your whole wardrobe (suits, jeans, etc...), but we also believe we could be very useful for other brands. But then again, I'm a little biased :-).

I wanted to be able to look great and not spend a ton of time trying things on. We built MTailor so you'd be able to get a perfectly fitting shirt without the hassle of going to store. @msjpenn will tell you a slightly different story. :-)
