• Swipe between folders to easily access all of your chats.
• Archive chats to hide them from "All chats". Muted chats will always stay in the Archive.
• View detailed statistics about the growth of your large channels and the performance of their posts.

Chat folders is an awesome feature. I'm currently subscribed to 100+ channels and I had to hide them in the "Archieve" section to keep the most interesting channels/conversations visible. Now I've created a dedicated folder for each category (e.g. "Covid-19 updates") and I can actually choose what I want to read.
I've been waiting a long time for something like this. Main thing I wanted was to separate channels from chats with people. Now I can put all my work chats in one place too. I really don't understand why Telegram hasn't supplanted Whatsapp yet.
Telegram is by far the best modern messaging service. With fantastic and monthly updates, they are always continuing to impress even with their specific attention to details and including all the latest memes.
The addition of separating types of chats makes it easy to filter business and pleasure.
Honestly, Telegram is something I use on a daily basis and would be probably my most recommended piece of technology. Keep up the great work!
Telegram is an amazing app, but it doesn't encrypt by default, and that's really what I want from a messaging app, I would love to see Signal Protocol or similar encryption by default in Telegram chats. For now I'm not making the switch...
A great messaging service that is an easy drop-in replacement for WhatsApp. I particularly like the Bot API and the automation possibilities for home and work. Telegram's hand-rolled encryption is worrisome and potentially a blocker for deployment in high threat-model environments.
