There are several (free) mobile apps with 7 minute workouts that also save your workout history, so I'm not sure why you'd ever bother using a browser version.
There's also http://www.producthunt.com/posts... which gives some more workout diversity... also the workouts will take closer to 20-30 minutes depending on your fitness level and how long your breaks between sets are.
I think I found a bug when you install it on your Homescreen.
I've just tried to use it after installing it, but the app "crashes" right after the first exercise (jumping jacks). For some reason it tries to open a page on well.blogs.nytimes.com in a new tab, that ends up being a Page Not Found. When I tried to go back to the the original tab the application had restarted.
The same problem doesn't happen when I have it opened directly on my browser (not through the app icon installed on my Homescreen). Weird.
So awesome to see this thread pick back up in front of the holidays. We published this back in October, but it probably has even more utility on the backend of the decadent end-of-year rush.

The author divides the hips into "upper thigh" and "middle and lower thigh." Personally, this division is unusual for me. Oh well. This does not affect the quality of the system. In general, a 7-minute workout feels very good with the use of drugs from the category https://rats.army/. So I have enough for all 7 minutes, and if without additives, you will get 4-5.
