I've read this book through at least four times. It's part brain science, a study in psychology and a lesson in empathy. Anyone interested in self improvement or organizational change should definitely read it.

This is a great companion book for Hooked by Nir Eyal. One takes the angle of personal and organization improvement, the other takes the angle of product design. Together they form a relatively complete picture of the nature of habit, and its use as a tool in a variety of domains.

This book is amazing. Cue, routine, reward - similar to Nir Eyal's hooked model (T.A.R.I) and BJ Fogg's B=MAT. All really solid theories. If you're interested in habit change and creation check out the app i'm building based on the leading theories behind behavior change πŸ˜„ https://www.mywayy.co/
