@tsharon obviously we can't grab this book off the shelf yet, so as a "tidbit" to tide us over... What's a good tip / technique to better understand / tailor to customer needs?
@katesegrin Starting yesterday, you actually can grab it off the shelf :-) That said, my one tip would be to recognize our assumptions about needs and acknowledge that what we are most confident about is still an assumption worth validation.
I strongly recommend everything that Tomer writes. Every time I hear him give a presentation or read a post or a book by him, I learn something new that makes me better at research.
