We just started growing the community in Streetbeat. I completely agree that is a really significant pain. And I didn't find any resources that can explain how to build it from scratch depending on different goals.
I hope it will help us to build the community right and scale it faster.

I firmly believe no one will escape community building and what Pramod, Michael, and Shalini have put together is going to incredibly help founders when they are building community.
