@devashish_m great question. It currently checks for similar questions asked and summarises the responses from the discussion. It does a great job of pointing to the threads that are relevant to the question asked.
Not sure if there is an easy way to determine the right answer - we could use signals like responses from the one who posted the question, reactions to responses etc.

Amazing guys! Congrats on Launch. Just a quick question. The use case I would go is to answer customer questions on my website. 2 Quick questions:
1- Does the platform can be trained with most recent conversations users will have on my website?
2- In that case if AI cannot handle the answer is possible to link with some ticket management solution like Zendesk or any other similar?

1. Not yet. This works on Slack and Discord. We need to implement it for conversations on website. Will take it up.
2. We are going to roll this out going ahead.
