Pylon can automatically build a development environment which greatly saves your time wasted in setting up the environment. ✅Just fill in your Git repository URL and start coding. ✅Share your environments with others.
@basharath Thank you Basharath:) Pylon supported development languages include Python, Java, Go, Typescript, etc. It's not just designed for Python. We hope that in the future it will be a product that can automatically build the environment for any project and run it in the cloud.🚀
Hi Product Hunters! 👋
This is Emil, co-makers of Pylon, a tool to help developers stay away from problems caused by the environment.✨
As developers, my partners and I found that building the environment not only caused many professional developers to have a headache in their daily work, but also to those beginners who were enthusiastic about programming. So we designed Pylon to solve this problem. 🎯
What Pylon can do? 🤩
1. Set up a development environment from a Git repository URL in seconds.
2. Provide a standardized development environment with resources isolated from each other.
3. Support for mainstream IDEs.
4. Support multiple languages, including Java, Python, Go, Typescript, etc.
5. Customize runtime configuration including CPU and storage.
Awesome things you can do with Pylon: ⚡️
🚀Share environments with remote teams, make sure you are developing in the same environment.
🚀Develop different projects in multiple isolated development environments on one machine.
🚀Coding anyway, anytime.
We offer a free plan to every Pylon Cloud user every month . You can use a certain amount of cloud resources for free.
If you don't want to develop in the cloud, we designed Pylon CLI to automatically build the environment using your local resources, completely free:)
I'd love to hear what you think, and feel free to ask any questions! 😍

Great idea! ?makers What all language environments do you support? As in, after the ide opens, are the basic setups for all the different development languages done beforehand or does the user need to set all the linting, versions, etc?
@svatsa159 Hey Srivatsa, good question! Pylon support multiple language environments, including Java, Python, Go, Typescript, etc. After the ide opens, the basic setups are done beforehand, the user can start coding without setting anything:) If you want to know more about the product features, please join our slack feel free to contact. https://join.slack.com/t/teamcod...
