Or you could turn Facebook into a to do list. :)

@rrhoover But that still slides you into Facebook and back to endless scrolling through Cat GIFs once to-do's completed. 👎 😜

@rrhoover This is kind of clever, although I wish I could set something like this on a schedule or toggle it on to show up instead of the Facebook app when I want to be productive and still access Facebook when I want to. On desktop, I'd recommend Newsfeed Eradicator. I love how fast you leave Facebook on the desktop when you can't get to the feed or refresh it. Everything else is still accessible so if you want to post or check something specific, update a Facebook page etc, no problem. https://www.producthunt.com/post... Plus they give you a nice quote like this -- “The most powerful control we can ever attain, is to be in control of ourselves.” ~ Chris Page Mobile is a WHOLE other story, I don't know if I can trust myself with a fake Facebook icon but it's worth a try. At least when I'm on my laptop... I'm only distracted by Product Hunt now ;)

Maybe what you need is a feature phone, absolutely no distractions and a battery life that will make you think wtf?! or just add a bit of discipline to your routine and enjoy the time you spend with your "real" friends over dinner, it will make facebook seem obsolete, it works for me!

Personally I never need something like this because I never go on Facebook in the first place.

This is not really PH worthy. Downvote button?

Hardly a "product" 😜 But I did waste a lot less time on it than on Fb

it's like nicotine gum for Facebook, helps you quit.
