Hey PH community! 👋 I’m excited to announce the launch of Kanban Tasks today - a powerful shared Kanban Board natively inside your Google Workspace! 🚀 After a few months of validating my beta product, I’m happy to finally share my journey with you and hear your valuable feedback! 🗂️ What is Kanban Tasks? Kanban Tasks is a shareable Kanban board that lives right inside your Google Workspace. It is built as a plug-n-play Chrome extension. It offers a native Kanban board interface within Google Workspace for seamless task management and team collaboration. It syncs with your Google tasks and it conveniently integrates with your gmail right in the environment which you know and love. ❤️ Why did I build Kanban Tasks? I noticed that many businesses struggle with scattered tools and disjointed workflows. Teams end up juggling multiple tools, which leads to inefficiencies and loss of productivity. Even though Google Workspace is widely used, it’s missing some key features like Kanban boards and task dependencies. Google Tasks is handy but often needs extra tools for managing complex projects. So, I created Kanban Tasks—a Kanban board that integrates right into Google Workspace. It's too bad I'm already using a custom flow to manage my tasks because this would have helped me a lot! The interface is clean and is already inside Gmail, which I use daily (combined with Calendar and Keep). I can see how it'll become an excellent productivity tool! Congrats on the launch, Nick!

Nice product 😊 the only problem ..... it only runs as a Chrome browser extension... means no mobile use, no other browser, this is not flexible.

I've been using Kanban Tasks with my team for several weeks now (I was using the solo version prior to that). It's been such a joy to use! No more switching between Trello and my Workspace (mail/chat/meet, etc.). It's just so much more convenient, the creating tasks from email function is 🧑‍🍳💋. @nick_kramer has been great in processing feedback/requests. Can't wait to see where Tooling Studio is going to go. PS: looking forward to the CRM integration!

@nick_kramer, this is an incredible tool! Syncing with Google Tasks and the ability to add Markdown descriptions really elevate the user experience. I'm curious, are there any plans to make the tool accessible via mobile devices or other browsers in the near future?

Great idea to move the kanban board into the google workspace! Curious if you have other ways to access the board beside the chrome plugin (ie to access on mobile)?
