With the recent market downturn, I've found myself wondering what the heck are my options now worth? Navigating tech startup compensation is no easy feat. There are plenty of guides, but it takes a bit of brainwork to get an estimated number; especially since HR loves to throw up these rosy numbers. I threw together this layman's TC calculator in order to simplify the estimation process and take in current market conditions as a precursor. Let me know if any of this is helpful. Code is all open source. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to see other estimation methods
