I'm a huge fan! It's great for transferring money from Europe to the US. Wish it worked in the other direction as well though. I'm sure it will eventually. I've also heard about people using them to pay remote employees, amongst other things.

Agreed with @kjemperud it was actually pretty clunky when they first launched; but the process is now AWESOME for transferring from the UK to US; you can bank transfer to a local UK bank and then they'll ACH out to a US bank account the other end, so no fees. Currently going the other way is a lot more cumbersome; but I'm sure that they'll sort that out soon also.
