I had the pleasure of working with Trengo to develop an integrated solution for a local municipality in the Netherlands. Because of their framework we build a integrated proof of concept in 2 days time.

Trengo is an all-in-one communication solution for teams. We want to simplify communication and maximize the efficiency for teams by creating a super collaborative team inbox that integrates all (popular) communication channels.
Together with Marcel I founded Trengo back in 2015 (both right after graduating), being one of the first bootstrapping companies to offer Messaging channels as a customer service tool. When Messaging took off, we’ve launched our own clean live chat, added email and voice into the same inbox to cover all modern communication channels at one place.
This year WhatsApp opened their WhatsApp Business API. We’ve integrated this new channel in no time, offering various options to connect with WhatsApp Business partners to answer WhatsApp-messages in Trengo with multiple colleagues at the same time.
In this super competitive market we managed to stay innovative and even recently landed a fortune 500 company as a customer. Trengo is fully bootstrapped since the day we started, with an awesome culture, great people: all loving the product that we are building together.
